Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
Products must be in new condition, unused, unworn, and returned with original packaging, tags, and any included accessories.
Return Window
Return/exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of the product’s delivery.
Requests beyond this time frame will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Products
Customized, altered, or final-sale items may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Products damaged due to customer mishandling will not be accepted.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed within the 2-day return window, subject to stock availability.
If the requested product is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or store credit.

Restocking Fee: No cost.
Shipping Costs: RDCBROTHERS covers the return shipping charges for eligible returns.
Refunds
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
You will be notified via email once your refund has been initiated.
Important Notes
Ensure that the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Products not meeting the eligibility conditions will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
RDCBROTHERS reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
